Delivery Issue?

We normally dispatch goods in 21 days. But actual delivery time depends on the size of order, so please get confirmation after placing the order or you can enquire about possible delivery time by giving idea about size of the order before placing an order.

Payment Issue?

We accept online payment through Credit Card-VISA and Master Card through Verisign Secured payment gateway of ICICI Bank Ltd. and offline payment through Wire Transfer. Other payment options can also be considered. Please contact for alternate payment options.

Payment Terms?

We take 50% advance for orders of  more than USD 1500. Rest 50% when we send scanned image of Airwaybill or Bill of lading. After receiving balance 50% we will send the shipment documents.
